One of the most fun things to do in the winter is to go sledding and skiing. Every year me and my family go to Elma Meadows to go sledding and have a good time. My favorite part of sledding is when I start to go down, but I don't really like walking back up. One of the best things to bring is hot chocolate so you stay warm or any other hot drink. We usually bring two six foot sleds, but sometimes we bring tubes to go faster. If it is a really cold day when your out sledding you will probably want to wear a lot of warm clothes which could be gloves, scarfs, hats, boots, and sweaters.

I also like to go sledding with my little cousins too. We mainly go to Chestnut Ridge because some of my cousins live around there. The hill is bigger and it is just funner. It is out near Hamburg if you want to try it out.

During the winter me and my family like to go outside and have snowball fights, build snowmen, and have a good time. I also like to go sledding on days when there is alot of snow.
